The Avenue is your home away from home.  We offer two first floor rooms, the River Room with a private bath and access to a living room and kitchen, the University Room which has a small fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, and a private second floor unit with 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, and kitchen, dining, and living space.  If renting both downstairs rooms, both will have access to the kitchen/living room area.

 

Although our living space is separate from The Avenue we are right across the driveway to address your needs.
